Pride Cymru Fun Run

You're invited to the 4th annual Pride Cymru Fun Run.

I am delighted that once again, Bigmoose are hosting the run for us from their wonderful cafe in Cardiff City Centre.

Celebrate Pride Month and the start of the Pride Cymru weekend by coming with us for a chilled out, but loud and vibrant 5k run through Bute park.

• Run leaders will look after you and our course marshals will point you in the right direction. You can run fast or slow, there's no pressure. And we welcome walkers.

• You can dress loud if you want, but if that's not your thing then our run caters for everyone - we just want you to come along and enjoy the run however you want to :-)

• After the run you'll be able to chill out at Bigmoose Cafe with a cake and a drink (they have an awesome range to choose from) and have a chat with your mates and other attendees.

We've had great fun previous years and I'm super grateful that Pride Cymru do me the honour of letting me put the event on.

Thank you in advance as well to our many volunteers on the day without whom we would not be able to put on the event, and of course to our hosts, Bigmoose.

Timings and facilities.

Bigmoose is just off Queen Street, on the side street next to Primark.

Please arrive by 6.15pm ready for the run to actually start at 6.30pm.

There will be a bag drop and toilets at Bigmoose.

There is no parking available at the event - please check out the council website for parking options. I would personally consider parking around the museum area or Sophia Gardens: Cardiff Parking

Rwy'n falch iawn bod Bigmoose unwaith eto'n cynnal y ras i ni o'u caffi gwych yng nghanol dinas Caerdydd.

Dathlwch fis Pride a dechrau penwythnos Pride Cymru drwy ymuno a ni ar gyfer ras hwyliog 5k lliwgar a bywiog trwy barc Bute.

• Bydd arweinwyr y ras yn gofalu amdanoch chi a bydd ein marsialiaid cwrs yn eich cyfeirio'r ffordd gywir. Gallwch redeg yn gyflym neu'n araf, nid oes pwysau. Ac rydym yn croesawu cerddwyr.

• Gallwch wisgo'n lliwgar os hoffech, ond os nad yw hynny i chi, yna mae’r ras yn darparu ar gyfer pawb - rydyn ni eisiau i chi ddod draw i fwynhau'r ras, sut bynnag yr hoffech :-)

• Ar ôl y ras byddwch yn gallu ymlacio yng Nghaffi Bigmoose gyda chacen a diod (mae ganddynt ystod anhygoel i ddewis ohonynt) a chael sgwrs gyda'ch ffrindiau a mynychwyr eraill.

Rydyn ni wedi cael llawer o hwyl yn y blynyddoedd diwethaf ac rwy'n hynod ddiolchgar bod Pride Cymru yn rhoi’r anrhydedd i mi i gynnal y digwyddiad hwn.

Diolch ymlaen llaw i'n gwirfoddolwyr niferus ar y diwrnod, ni fyddem yn gallu cynnal y digwyddiad hebddynt, ac wrth gwrs i Bigmoose.
