Buggy Buddies Carlow Town

 Carlow Sports Partnership will be running a 6 weeks of our Buggy Buddies class in St. Fiaccs Hall Graiguecullen.  This programme is a great way to engage in some gentle exercise with you baby while making new friends.

The benefits of attending a 6-week Buggy Buddies programme are:

• Improve your well-being and mental health
• Increase your energy levels
• Increase your fitness levels
• Strengthen your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles
• Engage and be part of your community.

Cost: €15 for 6 weeks

Dates: 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th of January & 6th , 13th February

What to Bring: Water and wear comfortable clothing. If you have an exercise mat you can bring that along.

Parking: Available along the street or a a little further up in the Town Park
