Explore Carlow in a fun and social setting every Wednesday at 10 am! Our walks, lasting about 1 hour each, offer a great way to stay active. Activator poles are available with training provided. Join us for a post-walk chat over complimentary tea and coffee. Whether you're a seasoned walker or just starting out, these Wednesday Wanders are designed for everyone.
