Carlow Sports Partnership invites women of all abilities to participate in a thrilling Dragon Boat session along the scenic River Barrow. Dragon Boating offers a unique and exhilarating experience suitable for beginners and seasoned paddlers alike. No prior experience is necessary, making it an ideal opportunity to discover a new sport while embracing the beauty of open water.

What to wear:

• Jog pants
• Thermal top
• Waterproof rain jacket
• Hat
• Trainers (No Jeans)

Participants may experience splashing, depending on the paddling techniques of those around them, so it's advisable to bring a change of clothes.
