Explore Carlow in a fun and social setting every Wednesday at 10 am! Our walks, lasting about 1 hour each, offer a great way to stay active. Activator poles are available with training provided. Join us for a post-walk chat over tea and coffee. Whether you're a seasoned walker or just starting out, these Wednesday Wanders are designed for everyone. Come for the exercise, stay for the fun!

Oak Park Carlow - May 1st - Accessible to All
Clogrennane Woods - May 8th - Moderate Difficultly
Rathwood - May 15th - Accessible to All
St. Mullin's - May 22nd - Accessible to All

Due to the overwhelming success of the programme and to aid in the long term sustainability of this programme, we are asking for a voluntary contribution of €2.50 (or whatever you can afford) per walk. This can be done at the time of booking or collected on the day.
