Buggy Buddies in Carlow Town Park

Carlow Sports Partnership are offering a Buggy Buddies programme in Carlow Town Park.

A positive environment where parents/guardians can swap stories & get some top tips. This programme will get participants outdoors and help them to engage in nature and lift their mood. Participants can get fit and active, feel energetic and positive.

This programme is a great way to make new friends, get fresh air and exercise, all with baby in tow.

The benefits of attending a 6-week Buggy Buddies Programme are:

• Improve your well-being and mental health
• Strengthen your pelvic floor & abdominal muscles
• Increase your flexibility
• Increase your energy level
• Engage and be part of your community

Cost: €15.00 for 6 weeks

Dates: 4th June - July 9th

Time: 10.30am-11.30am

What to Bring: Water, wear comfortable footwear and workout gear and rain jacket.

Parking: Available in the park.
