Carlow Sports Partnership are delighted to collaborate with Patric Fitness in bringing this fantastic programme together for Teenage Girls. This programme will provide girls with the opportunity to learn both the benefits of weight training and also how to correctly carry out the exercises under the guidance of a qualified Instructor.
