Her Outdoors-Embrace Your Space-Activator Pole Walk & Outdoor Pilates

Enjoy a leisurely walk along the Barrow track from Milford to Carlow Town park using Activator Poles.

A complementary bus will be provided to bring people from the Town Hall Carlow out to Milford. This will enable people to leave their car in Carlow and have it there for them to when they are finished the walk. You will not have to arrange a lift back out to collect your car

Activator poles will be provided.

This will be followed by an outdoor Pilates session in the Town park.

Enjoy a light picnic lunch after.

This will leave at 9.30am. This will enable people to leave their car in Carlow and have it there for them to when they are finished the walk. You will not have to arrange a lift back out to collect your car.

Important Notice: There will be a vetted Carlow Sports Partnership Photographer onsite at this event. All images and materials may be used by Carlow Sports Partnership, Carlow County Council and Sport Ireland. If you do not wish to be in any images, please let the photographer or a member of staff know on site.

Please note that though we make every effort to accommodate as many participants as possible there is a maximum of 20 places available.
