Join us for a delightful social cycle along the picturesque Barrow Track as part of HER Outdoors Week! This event is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a leisurely ride in the great outdoors while making new friends and exploring the natural beauty of Carlow.

What to Expect:

• A scenic route starting from St. Mullins to Graiguenamanagh and back, taking you along the serene Barrow Track. Bikes will be hired from the Bike Hire company in St. Mullins so you do not need to bring your own bike. We will cycle along the Barrow Track to Graiguenamangh where will we stop for tea/coffee before cycling back to St. Mullins.
• A friendly and inclusive atmosphere, suitable for all cycling abilities.
• Guidance and support from experienced ride leaders to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
