Get Active with Active Carlow and Patric Fitness

Active Carlow is delighted to offer a six-week block of baby-friendly fitness sessions for parents/guardians, in partnership with the professionals at Patric Fitness in Bagenalstown. These sessions are designed to help mothers increase their fitness in a safe, fun, and social setting.

Event Details:

• Dates: Thursdays, 12th February– 19th March (6 weeks)
• Time: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Location: Patric Injury Clinic and Fitness Centre, Kilcarrig, Muine Bheag, Co. Carlow, R21 X788
• Cost: €15 for the full block
