EVENT DESCRIPTION

Get Active with Active Carlow and Patric Fitness

Active Carlow is delighted to offer a six-week block of baby-friendly fitness sessions for parents/guardians, in partnership with the professionals at PF Coaching in Bagenalstown. These sessions are designed to help mothers increase their fitness in a safe, fun, and social setting.

Event Details:

  • Dates: Thursdays, 28th May – 2nd July(6 weeks)
  • Time: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
