Her Outdoors - Pilates & Picnic

Event Description

Join us for a relaxing Outdoor Pilates Session followed by a Picnic in the Park.

Take some time for yourself and enjoy an evening of movement, fresh air and good company. Our qualified instructor will guide you through a gentle Pilates session suitable for all fitness levels, helping to improve flexibility, posture, strength and overall wellbeing.

After the class, stay and unwind with a picnic in the park – the perfect opportunity to chat, connect with others and enjoy the summer surroundings.
