Active Carlow is delighted to offer a six-week block of baby-friendly fitness sessions for parents/guardians, in partnership with the professionals at Valhalla Gym in Tullow. These sessions are designed to help mothers increase their fitness in a safe, fun, and social setting.

• Dates: Wednesday, 9th September-21st October(No class on the 23rd September)
• Time: 11:00 AM – 12:00noon
• Location: Valhalla Gym, Tullow. Co. Carlow
• Cost: €15 for the full block
