This certificate in Sports First Aid is suitable for coaches, instructors, teachers, supervisors, sports assistants, volunteers and all involved in sport.

This course is being run over two consecutive days on Wednesday & Thursday evenings 14th & 15th of December from 6pm-10pm.

• Accidents: scene safety and casualty assessments
• CPR and Rescue Breathing techniques
• Use of a Defibrillator
• Strains, Sprains, Dislocations and the R.I.C.E principle
• Fractures: upper body and lower body
• Bleeding: the dangers and treatments
• Dealing with concussion and unconsciousness
• Asthma, Diabetes and Epilepsy
• Spinal Injuries
