Inscribed in Me

Choreographed and performed by Alethia Antonia, Inscribed in “Me” is a solo contemporary dance performance with a distinct physical prowess, powerful vocals, and captivating music that explores both personal and historical experiences related to boundaries feminine blackness. It is a journey of self-discovery, authorship and healing in the midst of adversity; a pursuit that leaves audiences moved, impacted, and wanting to know more.

Alethia Antonia is an award-winning dance artist and academic, who creates and performs in theatres, galleries, and outdoor spaces internationally.

The performance will be followed by a post-show discussion and dinner for ticket holders to enjoy Caribbean food, drink and conversation with the creative team.
