Purchase your 2026 Carolinas District Convention Program Ads & Jumbotron Slides

NOTE - deadline extended to April 11.

Submission Deadline is April 10th at midnight. No Exceptions!!!

Note: All program and Jumbotron ads need to be in a 16 x 9 format.
Program Ads: Are Static Only with acceptable formats are jpeg, png, pdf (or other standard picture format) or a powerpoint slide.
Jumbotron Ads: Can be either Static or Dynamic. Static formats include  jpeg, png, pdf (or other standard picture format), powerpoint slide. For Dynamic Ads, acceptable formats are MP4, MKV, MOV and powerpoint slides with transitions or embedded movies. Please limit all dynamic ads to 20 seconds or less. If they are longer, you will be asked to remake the ad.

After placing and paying for your order for an ad or slide, you will be sent the upload link in your receipt email.
