Years in the making, BiBi is a progressive, award-winning Mayfair restaurant from chef-patron (and old friend of Carousel’s), Chet Sharma.

Serving dishes inspired by ingredients and memories from the Indian subcontinent, BiBi draws on Chet’s years spent cooking and developing recipes at some of the most esteemed Michelin-starred restaurants in the world, among them Mugaritz (**), L’Enclume (***) and Moor Hall (***), whilst also embracing the full multicultural span of Indian cuisine.

Named GQ’s Restaurant of the Year 2022, when it also came in at No. 5 in the National Restaurant Awards, BiBi celebrates the finest craft-based producers that India has to offer, as well as the bounty of the British coast and countryside. Their ghee, for example, comes from cows who graze on wild herbs and grasses, while all of the chaat and garam masalas are made from scratch to Chet’s unique recipes.

Expect imaginative, artfully plated dishes like ‘Ajwaini Orkney Scallop & Schrenkii Caviar’; ‘Aged Swaledale Lamb Barra Kebab’; and ‘Sharmaji’s Lahori Chicken’ when Chet lights up the WildKitchen this summer.
