Tending the Feminine Heart: A Women's Sangha

This four-part series will explore the feminine mysteries as a virtual women’s sangha. During each two-hour program, we will contemplate a theme, enjoy a meditation or practice, and connect as a community through honest, heartfelt conversation.

At a time when old patriarchal structures are failing and our ecosystem is on the brink of collapse, we need to reclaim the wisdom of the sacred feminine—she who knows that beauty and holiness are woven into the fabric of this world.

There will be three weeks between each session to allow time for integration, practice, and deeper connection with the material. Here are the themes we'll explore.


Session 1: Moon Wisdom: Lunar Lessons for the Inner Life

Every month, the moon cycles from new to full and dark to light. She embraces these different aspects of her nature—knowing there’s a time to shine and a time to rest. What can she teach us about the different phases of our own lives? Today we’ll sit at the feet of la luna and explore the full spectrum of our womanly self.

Session 2: Reclaiming the Creatrix

“Creatrix” is the Latin word for a female creator. Wild and rebellious, she invites us to transform our pain into power and make our life our art. How does the creatrix archetype express herself through you? Today we’ll explore this question and look at what blocks us from feeling free.

Session 3: Your Still, Small Voice: Deepening Intuition
November 24, 2024

How often do you have a gut feeling about something, but ignore it? As women, we’re often taught to distrust our intuition, but this superpower is hardwired into our feminine nature. Today we’ll connect to our “sixth sense” and explore themes of embodiment, energy, signs, symbols, synchronicity, and more.

Session 4: The Radiance Salon
December 15, 2024

Dear woman, what do you truly desire? In the busyness of life, it’s so easy to turn away from the deeper stirrings of our heart – but our longings are the doorway to our inner radiance and joy. This session will dive into the realm of pleasure, desire, delight, devotion, and other delicious things.

All who identify as women are welcome. Replays will be available for those who can’t attend the sessions live. If you don't receive a Zoom link with your registration confirmation, please email me at info@carriegmusic.com and let me know.

This series includes:

• Eight hours of live content with Carrie
• Unlimited recordings of each workshop

Sliding scale: $60 ($15/session) - $200 ($50/session).
