Tending the Feminine Heart with Carrie Grossman: Autumn Series

Welcome, lovely woman. 

If you want to tend your feminine heart (+ body, mind, energy field, and soul), you're in the right place! 

This four-part series will explore the feminine mysteries as a virtual women’s sangha. During each two-hour program, we'll contemplate a theme, enjoy a meditation or practice, and connect as a community through honest, heartfelt conversation.

In these unprecedented times, it's more important than ever that we strengthen our intuition and discernment, use our voice, nurture our imagination, and awaken our heart. That's what this sangha is for—it's a sanctuary where all women are welcome to gather, share, listen, rest, dream, and heal. 

There will be three weeks between each session to allow time for integration, practice, and deeper connection with the material. Here are the themes we'll explore:

All sessions will take place on Sundays from 4:00 - 6:00 pm EST. See below for your time zone:

2:00 - 4:00 pm MST
1:00 pm – 3:00 pm PST
9:00 pm – 11:00 pm GMT
10:00 pm – 12:00 am CEST
7:00 am – 9:00 am AUS

Replays will be available for those who can’t attend the sessions live. If you don't receive a Zoom link with your registration confirmation, please email me at info@carriegmusic.com and let me know.

This series includes:

• Eight hours of live content with Carrie
• Unlimited recordings of each workshop
• Follow up emails after each session with resources for further exploration

Sliding scale: $80 ($20/session) - $200 ($50/session).
