Join devotional singer and compassionate guide Carrie Grossman for an evening of deep rest. This program is an invitation for you to relax, restore, and nourish yourself.

Includes a talk and meditation, followed by a guided savasana sound journey with live music—harmonium and vocals, nature sounds, tongue drum, clay flute, mantra, and more.

Pre-registration is appreciated due to limited seating: $30 in advance / $35 at the door. 

It's best not to eat a heavy meal before the program. Please bring anything you need to feel comfortable and relaxed: warm socks, an eye cover, your favorite blanket, etc.
