We’ll look at how finances, customer service, and training affect your business process and marketing efforts. Understanding their relationships and the important role each plays in promoting and selling your business is critical to having an effective marketing program and taking your business to the next level.
You can’t just throw marketing dollars in every direction and hope to grow your business. This course will help you grow your business and highlight the areas in need of attention. You will gain the tools and knowledge to determine exactly where your business is going and how to develop a clear plan to get there while reaping the maximum returns on your marketing resources and efforts.
