Are you interested in pre-drywall inspection? Do you want more information on what pre-drywall inspections require and how they differ from the typical home inspections? What experience and skills are required, and how much supplemental training will be necessary?
This course will provide you with insights into the pre-drywall inspection process and help you develop a plan for expanding and diversifying your business. You will come away with an understanding of the pre-drywall fundamentals and a typical inspection routine along with what steps are required to further your knowledge and skills.
A site visit to a local area home under construction is included when possible.
This training course is not intended to fully prepare you to conduct pre-drywall inspections. It will get you started on the path to conducting pre-drywall inspections, and provide the information you need to determine if pre-drywall inspections match your skills, interests, and business goals. Additional training and education should be considered necessary to enter this market segment and competently offer this service and will depend on your experience, knowledge and background related to residential construction practices.
BONUS COURSE
Optional attendance for the 2 hour Blueprint and Construction Documents course on the evening before the course from 6-8 PM is may be available for all pre-drywall registered attendees. Look for signup option when registering for the Advanced Pre-Drywall course.
