This course is designed to provide informative content about mold as well as, help home inspectors learn necessary skills involving air and surface sampling methods, sampling protocols, and mold report interpretation.
Mold test results are only as good as the sampling process. As an inspector, it’s important to have a well-defined sampling plan. When to collect, the appropriate types to collect, and the proper method for collection ensure that your lab results are defensible and easy to interpret.
