Group Field Training Options

The weekend field training option is designed for those who are looking for affordable training that minimizes the impact on their schedule.  No prerequisites are required and you can start your field training at anytime during your journey into the home inspection profession. You can complete the field training before, during, or after the completion of the required 120 hours of classroom training, although the it's recommended to complete the 120 hours prior to starting your field training. 

We'll meet at our training office in Monroe, NC and depending on the training option classes will begin with classroom sessions.  Site visits will be conducted on Saturday or Sunday. 

We will inspect real properties alongside one of our experienced instructors, spend some time with our mock-ups getting hands-on experience with common equipment you’ll find in the field and complete assigned activities writing defect narratives, reports and reviewing industry guidelines.

CASA Training Academy is approved by the North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board as a Training Sponsor, Field Training and Instructor. Sponsor HS140, Field Training PLF39, Instructor IEC168

• Site visits will be conducted on the weekend
• Classes are based out of the CASA HQ (office) in Monroe, NC
• Field site visits will be conducted in the Charlotte metro area.
• Convince fees may apply and are nonrefundable.
  
• This option does not include the Exam Ace pass the test prep course.
