The weekend field training option is designed for those who are looking for affordable training that minimizes the impact on their schedule.  No prerequisites are required and you can start your field training at any time during your journey into the home inspection profession. You can complete the field training before, during, or after the completion of the required 120 hours of classroom training, although the its recommended to complete the 120 hours prior to starting your field training.

This course consists of 80 field hours and associated site visits. For reference that equates to 5 weekends or 10 days. Please note the time requirements and make sure that your schedule and personal situation can support this prior to registering. If you live outside the Charlotte Metro area, please account for the additional travel time and associated expenses as these are not included in the registration fee. 

A 6% service fee applies to all student requested cancellations.

Training will take place in the Charlotte NC area. Charlotte site visits will be conducted on Saturday or Sunday,

We will inspect real properties alongside one of our experienced instructors, spend some time with our mock-ups getting hands-on experience with common equipment you’ll find in the field and complete assigned activities writing defect narratives, reports and reviewing industry guidelines.
