With the **upcoming changes to the North Carolina Home Inspector Standard of Practice**, there's never been a better time to expand your knowledge and stay ahead of the industry.

Pre-drywall inspections are becoming an increasingly valuable service for inspectors looking to better serve clients and grow their businesses.Ready to add another skill to your toolbox? Join us at an upcoming CASA Training Academy course and learn from experienced instructors in a hands-on environment.

Train smarter. Inspect better. Stay ahead.

This course will provide you with insights into the pre-drywall inspection process and help you develop a plan for expanding and diversifying your business. You will come away with an understanding of the pre-drywall fundamentals and a typical inspection routine along with what steps are required to further your knowledge and skills.

A site visit to a local area home under construction is included when possible.

This training course is not intended to fully prepare you to conduct pre-drywall inspections. It will get you started on the path to conducting pre-drywall inspections, and provide the information you need to determine if pre-drywall inspections match your skills, interests, and business goals.  Additional training and education should be considered necessary to enter this market segment and competently offer this service and will depend on your experience, knowledge and background related to residential construction practices.
