North Carolina requires all licensed home inspector to take the board prescribed update training each year as part of their license renewal requirement.  This course must be taken either in-person or through a live Webinar from an approved sponsor and instructor. 

You will get a 4 hour live webinar on the 2025 board approved continuing education training and 4 continuing education credits that will apply towards the renewal of your 2025 home inspector license.

The content for all update courses is the same and provided by the NC Home Inspector Board. So why pay more than you have to.
