The Enhanced Pool Inspection course covers the common types of residential pools encountered during a home inspection. This course will simply boost your business, and help you make more per inspection. Attendees will learn how to: 

• Properly conduct a pool inspection
• Develop a standard inspection process
• Recognize defects
• Limit liability
• Create reports

Students will gain a working knowledge of pool construction, the function and operation of the major systems and components, as well as the use of advanced inspection techniques and equipment. 

This course is accredited by The Association of Pool and Spa Professionals (APSP) and a certification exam will be administered at the end of the course.

Refund Policy:  All course fees must be paid prior to the beginning of class. You must notify us if you are unable to attend a course to receive a refund. Cancellations with 5 or fewer business days are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No refunds after the start of class.

Should the course be postpone due to instructor illness, weather or for any other reason, all registrants will be notified as early as possible. Our liability will be limited to rescheduling of the class in a reasonable time or the return of the registration fee. We will not be responsible for payment of travel related rescheduling or cancellation fees charged due to changes in the class schedule or cancellations.
