What is Exam Ace?

The Casa Exam Ace course will help increase your odds of passing the North Carolina Home Inspector Exam. We’ve designed this course specifically for North Carolina. You’ll be prepped to confidently tackle the exam including the Standards of Practice questions, which often trip students who don’t take an NC-specific pre-licensing program.

Who should take this course?

The Exam Ace course is for prospective inspectors who have completed their training and have applied or are preparing to take the the North Carolina Home Inspector exam. This course will improve your chances of passing on the first attempt. 

This course is especially helpful if you did not take a NC Specific training program.  National home inspector training programs may be approved by North Carolina but they usually are not specific to North Carolina standards or the NC exam.

Recommendations

If you are qualifying through equivalent experience, were licensed in another state or are using the General Contractor exclusion to qualify to take the exam, and did not take a NC specific pre-licensing training program this course is essential as the NC test is quite different and unique.

Sign-up well in advance of your exam date to allow ample time for review of the course materials, practice questions & drawings

Take advantage of our repeat attendance policy.  If you need extra review time, desire to retake the course or in the off chance happen to not do well on the exam. You're welcome to reattend any future course free of charge, just bring the course materials with you, and let us know you're planning on attending and we'll save you a spot.
