Cascale Annual Meeting 2026 Field Trip
The facility offers an immersive introduction to the cotton value chain, connecting agricultural production with textile manufacturing. Through guided visits to cotton farms and processing operations in Voiotia, Greece, attendees will gain firsthand insight into how cotton moves from field to fiber.
Participants can expect to observe cotton cultivation and, depending on the season, live harvesting and ginning activities. The experience includes exploring responsibly grown cotton through sensory engagement, learning about regenerative and sustainable farming practices, and interacting with the people and landscapes behind cotton production. Attendees will leave with a deeper understanding of sustainable cotton sourcing, agricultural innovation, and the origins of the materials used in everyday textiles.
