What is the online Catalyst Summit?
The Catalyst Summit takes place between 9:30am - 4pm (BST) on Saturday the 18th and Saturday the 25th of October 2025. It's our flagship offering, which we've been running for 10 years! Through the programme, we empower 18-30 year olds to explore green career options, find their purpose and land their dream job in sustainability.
This year's speakers include climate activist & author Mya-Rose Craig, specialist sustainability coaches Claire Osbourne and Joey Clifton, and many other inspirational women, purpose-led business leaders, activists and NGO's.
On day 1, you will...
Explore your vision for a sustainable world and where you fit within it.
Identify your purpose, values and strengths to help guide your green career.
Create your own climate career compass to help navigate your journey.
On day 2, you will...
Find out what it’s like to work for a purpose-led organisation or business and how you can do it.
Meet our mentors and learn how they will support you.
Learn how to set and achieve goals for your green education and career.
Come away with your own personal development plan to guide your journey.
Three months of expert sustainability mentoring
Following the Catalyst Summit, you will be matched with a professional working in sustainability who will mentor you for three months (November 2025-March 2026).
Your mentor will help you to...
Define your vision and pathway for your green career.
Set a personal or career goal and support you in achieving it.
Learn about the education and career opportunities available to you.
Build an understanding of your personal strengths and interests.
Gain inspiration as you learn about career paths in sustainability and the low-carbon economy.
Learn tools to improve your confidence and personal resilience.
They will work with you for three months, for a minimum of three x 1-hour sessions, at dates and times that work best for you both.
Five online monthly masterclasses
There will also be five online masterclasses, which will run alongside the mentoring. The classes will support your green career, personal development and keep you connected to the people you meet at the Catalyst Summit. They will be held each month from 6:00-7:30pm GMT on the 20th November, 10th December 2025, 22nd January, 18th February and 26th March 2026.
We'll explore...
How confidence, mindset and climate anxiety can impact your ability to take action.
Top tips for beginning a green career.
How to get your next green or climate job.
We encourage you to attend the classes live to get the most out of the peer networking, but it isn’t essential, and all sessions will be recorded and available until the end of March 2026.
