Learning Communites: Strengthen your stakes

We'd like to invite you personally to the 2027 Vineyard Learning Communities happening in four locations across the UK.

Learning Communities are an opportunity to step away from your day-to-day work and invest focused time into the health of your church, alongside key members of your staff or leadership team. Teams of up to six people from each church are optimal.

Whatever your church’s size, stage, or current challenges, we will use these days to guide you through key learnings, honest conversations, and practical next steps, with space to listen to the Holy Spirit and discern together. Alongside other churches, you’ll explore some of the areas that matter most for long-term health, including discipleship and integration, raising and developing leaders, healthy culture, and growing in ministry in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Our theme for the Learning Communities this year is ‘Strengthen your stakes’, based on the scripture from Isaiah 54:2

‘Enlarge the place of your tent, stretch your tent curtains wide, do not hold back; lengthen your cords, strengthen your stakes. For you will spread out to the right and to the left.’

We’re creating this space for you to discover and step into what God might be inviting your church into next. Our hope is that after attending a Learning Community, you’ll come away encouraged, equipped and with some immediate wins, greater clarity and longer-term plans to invest in the health of your church.
