Binding in Bloom

Binding in Bloom is a hands-on gathering where the vibrant hues of Spring can embrace their full potential into Summer through transforming repurposed fabrics, papers, bits, bobs, odds and ends into a one of a kind journal or sketchbook for each attendee. Rooted in keeping reusable materials out of landfills while nurturing a community of makers who see the possibility in every scrap, flower, or broken branch.

This two hour session would include a short introduction, a guided creative exercise focused on collaging their repurposed canvas, bounding their signatures to the canvas, and ending with a brief reflection. Participants will take home a one of a kind journal showing off the transformative hues of seasonal change in Berlin

All materials and light refreshments will be provided by artist Cate Duckwall, who will also be instructing us in this truly unique workshop.
