Caterham Festival Food Festival (Stall Holders Booking) - Event Open to Public 10am-4pm

This is the Booking Page for Stall Holders at the Caterham Festival Food Festival 2026.

We are now accepting applications for stallholders for Caterham Food Festival, taking place on Sunday 4th October at Croydon Road, Caterham.

We are seeking a vibrant mix of food traders. Spaces are limited and allocated to ensure a diverse variety of goods for our visitors.

• Pitch Size: 3 metres to 10 metres
• Pitch Fee: £15 per metre. (now no booking fee)
• Application Deadline: 25th September 2026

Requirements: All traders must hold valid Public Liability Insurance and supply their own tables/gazebo/stall. Food vendors must provide relevant hygiene ratings and local authority registration. 

Caterham Festival will hold a Trading license for this event (So you can trade under that provision) - however if you as a business hold a traders street licence independently please submit it with you documents.

Caterham Festival will hold a TENS (Temporary Event Notice for the Sale of Alcohol) which will enable limited sales in a dedicated area of the site. If you hold your own Licence please advise the team in your application

Pay for your Pitch a Standard Pitch is 3m x 3m and costs £45

For a larger frontage you must pay £15 per metre. (Each pitch is approximately 3m deep so you pay for linear length along the street)

There is no carparking at the pitch. Trailers and Vans are allowed.

Once you have completed the Ticket Tailor payment you will be issued with a payment reference which you will require for the next step.

Then submit ALL documents required using this link (Document Submission)

Failure to complete or comply with the insurance and food health and hygiene regulations etc mean you will be denied entry to the site.

Event Schedule

Entry to the site begins at 0800hrs

Event opens at 1000hrs

Event closes at 1600hrs

All stall holders to have left by 1700hrs

Event Location Entry Instructions 

Due to diversions and closures entry to the event site is only from the southern end of Croydon Road. (The roundabout by Caterham Station)

From the M25 take Junction 6 onto the bypass and leave at the traffic lights heading north on Godstone Road.

Parking

There is NO parking on site - Alternative parking is to be found on local streets, Morrisons Supermarket.
