ABOUT THE SPONSORS TABLES

Sponsor tables provide an ideal opportunity to promote your business, network and meet with conference attendees.

Sponsorship tables will be available at the conference and located in the same room as the conference presentations and meals. This will provide an ideal opportunity to network and meet with conference attendees.

Sponsored tables are six foot, rectangular and include a table cloth and one ticket to the conference. Regular and VIP tables are available for reservation.

VIP tables provide access to the special VIP reception with the conference presenters on Friday Sept. 19, in Heritage hall, as well as priority seating during the presentations on both days of the conference

Table sponsors will be thanked by a listing in the program, in our email newsletter, on the conference page and projected on the overhead screen at the conference, as well as being included in the speaker presentations that will be recorded and posted to YouTube.

Additional conference tickets can be purchased at a discount for table sponsors for $275.

Parking and Set Up at Catholic University

Catholic University has designed the McMahon Parking Lot for all day parking, but to get your tables, parking is available closer to Fr. O'Connell Hall on the side of the National Shrine. If you enter campus in front of the National Shrine, off Michigan Ave, you'll see metered parking on your left. You can pay for the Basilica parking via the pay stations or through the Flowbird app. 

Once you unload your supplies and get set up, you will need to move your car to the McMahon Parking lot if you're in a space that doesn't permit long term parking

All parking on campus and near the National Shrine can be paid through the Flowbird App or at Pay Stations. 

Sponsors may ship supplies to the University to arrive no earlier than 9/9/25. Please send boxes to:

Please see the map below for the location of the McMahon Parking Lot, Pryzbla Center (if shipments need to be picked up), Fr. O'Connell Hall and the Dominican House of Studies Chapel, which is across Michigan Ave, from Fr. O'Connell Hall.

The McMahon Lot is about a 5 min walk to the Pryzbyla Center if shipments needs to be retrieved. Please go to the information desk in the Pryzbyla Center and ask for room 204. Let them know you're there for the Catholic Art Institute conference and need to collect shipments and provide the name of shipper/business.

Your exhibitors tables will be set up in Fr. O'Connell Hall (Heritage Hall is the room within Fr. O'Connell Hall where the conference takes place and your tables will be located around the perimeter of the room. Enter through theentrance which is the door with the ramp and turn right.

If you do not need to pick up shipments, you can proceed to Fr. O'Connell Hall starting at 7:30 am on Friday, Sept. 19, 2025 to set up your tables.

The hotel opened in newly constructed with spacious rooms, a french restaurant on premises for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as a bar and lounge area for gatherings after the conference. The hotel is a two blocks from Union Station and a half block from the Dubliner Pub and other area restaurants.
