ABOUT THE EXHIBITOR TABLES
Exhibitor tables provide an ideal opportunity to network and promote your business with conference attendees as they are located in the same room as the conference presentations and meals.
The tables are standard six foot, rectangular tables and include a table cloth and one ticket to the conference. Regular and VIP tables are available for reservation.
VIP tables provide access to the special VIP reception with the conference presenters on Friday Sept. 18th in Heritage hall as well as priority seating for the conference presentations on both days of the event.
Additionally, your business name will listed, on the main conference webpage, in the conference program, and listed in our email newsletter as we promote the conference, as well as being projected as a list on the overhead screen at the conference. We will also list exhibitors names in the conference videos posted to our YouTube channel.
