This is a wonderful opportunity to advertise your business and network with a large group of Catholic professionals supportive of the visual arts.

Sponsorship tables include a 6 foot rectangular table with an attractive table cloth & two chairs, as well as two tickets to the conference and your company name listed in the conference program.

The Sponsorship tables will be located in the Drake Hotel's beautiful French Room, directly across from the Grand Ballroom, and connected to the Gold Coast Room where the conference dinner will be held. This is a very attractive location directly in the footpath for conference goers and an excellent opportunity to advertise your business to a large interested audience.

The French Room is in an idea deal location directly in the foot path of conference attendees, so sponsors will have no trouble attending the talks and manning their tables during breaks, when conference goers be encouraged to visit them.

There are two types of sponsorship tables available; regular table sponsors for $875 and VIP table sponsors for $1175. Both sponsorship types including the 6' rectangular table with tablecloth and two chairs, plus the presentations, lunch buffet and 4 course dinner, but the VIP sponsorships include access for two to the VIP room for 30 minutes with the speakers. The VIP room will include hot and cold hors d'oeuvre and an open bar plus seating in the front of the Grand Ballroom for the presentations and dinner. Tickets for the VIP room are limited to 30 attendees.
