The Catholic Art Institute is proud to partner with The Catholic University of America for our 5th Annual Conference. Once again we are pleased to host the world’s leading artists & scholars to rediscover the power of beauty in the modern world.

​This year's presenters include: Dr Chloë Reddaway, McDonald Agape Research Fellow in Theology and the Visual Arts and Deputy Director
Centre for Arts and the Sacred, King’s College London, Craig Hamilton, Traditional Architect, Roberta Ahmanson, Author & Philanthropist, James C. McCrery, II AIA, NCARB, Traditional Architect & Founder of the Traditional Architecture program at The Catholic University of America Dr Barbara Nicolosi, Screenwriter & Author, and Very Rev. Fr. Joshua Caswell SJC, Superior General of the Canons Regular of St. John Cantius.

The conference will take place over two days on Sept. 27 & 28, 2024, on the campus of Catholic University of America. The weekend will include six speaker presentations, the Sacred Art Prize exhibition, networking and sponsorship opportunities, community meals and fellowship.

An elegant sit down dinner will take place in Heritage Hall, after the presentations on Friday, Sept. 27th. Saturday begins with Holy Mass followed by breakfast, presentations, lunch and plenty of networking and social time​

The conference presentations will take place on Friday and Saturday in the Edward J. Pryzbyla University Center.

​After Conference Gathering

Conference attendees are invited to the Dubliner Restaurant & Pub after the conference for an dinner, drinks and good cheer. This is an optional gathering after the conference. Food and drinks at the Dubliner are not included in the conference ticket.

The Hillbilly Thomists will also be performing at Catholic University at 7:00 pm. This is a free concert and open to everyone.

Catholic Art Institute Members: $350 (Full conference including the dinner on Friday and all the presentations)

​Non Members: $395 (Full conference including the dinner on Friday and all the presentations)

VIP Tickets: $450 (Tickets are limited to 30 ticket holders, includes reception with the speakers, reserved seats in the front of house for presentations and dinner.)

​Heritage Hall VIP Dinner Table for Ten: $3200  This ticket includes 10 conference tickets, sponsorship listing in conference program, reserved table for dinner in front of the venue, priority seating in the front of the venue for presentations.

Friday Only: $149   (Friday only admittance to include the opening mass, presentations, and sit down dinner with wine service)*

Saturday Only: $149 (Saturday only admittance to include breakfast, lunch, and the presentations)*

*Do not attempt to buy a ticket for Friday and Saturday only otherwise your tickets will be voided. Those purchasing a one day only ticket will only be permitted to attend one day of the conference. Please understand that the conference is a costly event for our small non-profit and we need to recoup costs for bringing speakers, catering, videography and more. Promote your business at the conference by purchasing a table in the Edward J. Pryzbyla University Center. This is an excellent opportunity to network and interact with clergy, laity and the conference speakers during the entire two day conference.

Due to the Dominican Rosary Pilgrimage, . It is access from Harewood Rd. behind the Basccilica shown on the map with a blue star below. Parking is $10 through the Flowbid app. It's a short walk to the Edward J. Pryzbyla University Center.

Hotel Room Block


Hotel Accommodations are being provided by the Phoenix Park Hotel for the Catholic Art Institute conference attendees for $249 for a single/$279 for double room. A major credit card is required at time of reservation. Deadline date to make reservation for the room block rate is Tuesday, August 27, 2024. Reservation requests received after this deadline date will be subject to availability and prevailing rate.

Individual cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to date of arrival to avoid one night's room plus tax charge to credit card provided. Please obtain a cancellation # when doing so. Also, a charge of one night's room and tax will also be applicable to any guest who amends an existing reservation at the point of check in.

The historic Dubliner Restaurant & Pub is attached to the Phoenix Park Hotel serving elevated meals and a gathering place during the conference weekend.
