A Retreat Day with the Sisters of Life

Join us for a day  of reflection , prayer, and renewal of the spirit with the Sisters of Life.

Schedule:

9:00 AM – 9:40 AM: Registration & Welcome Arrive and check in and prepare your heart for a day of spiritual growth.

9:40 AM – 10:00 AM: Talk – "Let Love Show You Who You Are" Join us for an insightful talk that will invite you to see yourself through the lens of God’s love.

10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Morning Prayer & Holy Mass We begin the day with prayer, followed by Holy Mass, to center ourselves in God’s presence.

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Quiet Time for Reflection, Walks & Confessions Take time to walk in nature, meet with the Sisters for guidance, or receive the Sacrament of Confession. We offer meeting slots with the Sisters from 12:00-2:00 PM:

• 1:30-2:00 PM

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch in Silence (Please bring a packed lunch) Enjoy a quiet lunch as you reflect on the morning’s talks and the peace of the day.

2:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Talk – "Prayer and Desire: Living from the Heart" Dive deeper into prayer and desire and explore how we are called to live with authenticity, responding to God’s love from the heart.

3:00 PM – 4:30 PM: Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament & Quiet Time for Adoration Spend time before the Blessed Sacrament in peaceful adoration, listening to God and allowing His presence to guide you.

4:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Talk – "The Feminine Genius" Explore the unique beauty of the feminine vocation and how women are called to live out their God-given gifts in a world that needs them.

5:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Evening Prayer End the day with a time of evening prayer, uniting in gratitude for the graces received during this retreat.
