EDEL MURPHY is a once-in-a-generation singer & songwriter with a rare ability to move her audience. Edel will showcase sneak previews of original songs from her sophomore album, due for release in 2027, in this headline gig at Doyle's Corner, in Phibsborough, Dublin.

From Lucan in County Dublin, Edel has performed as a solo artist across Ireland several times to wide acclaim and most recently in January 2026 Edel supported the platinum selling Irish folk group The High Kings on their national tour playing to sold out shows across Ireland. Edel has received wide national radio airplay and media pieces in Hot Press, The Irish Post, The Irish Daily Mail and Irish Music Magazine.

Edel’s sound was born from late-night jam sessions and song swaps on long tourbus journeys while performing across America where she met her producer Ewan Cowley and began choosing and writing character driven, timeless songs with intimate, contemporary folk arrangements.

Edel signed with Irish label Crashed Music in 2024 and released her debut album "Motherland Songs" in May 2025. This was followed by the singles "Harbor" and Edel's self-penned "Careless Hands", both of which received wide national radio airplay.

The album "Motherland Songs" is a historical jukebox of anthems of struggle and celebration featuring original songs by Edel, work by new songwriters and alongside songs written or made famous by great female artists.

KATE FIELD is a singer-songwriter from Dublin, Ireland. She began songwriting as a teen and continues finding inspiration in human nature, collecting self-reflections and expressing the experiences of others.

She creates her own world of truth, heartache, highs and lows. Kate's clever melancholic wordplay is often offset by optimistic melodies with a layer of sarcasm and cynicism throughout. Love, lust, romance, reticence and regret, her songs are eternally relatable for those intent on coming-of-age recklessly.

Kate cites Alanis Morissette, Lana Del Rey, and The Police as key influences on her writing. Her debut EP called "And The Persian Rugs" was released in 2024 (produced by Rohan and Al Quiff at Beardfire Studios) and she has since been writing and in pre-production to record her debut album.

Kate's melancholic cover of Erasure's classic romantic pop song "Always", produced by Corkonian Cian Sweeney (aka 1000 Beasts) is set to release later this year.

LeatherTramp is a Dublin based songwriter and musician, most recently featuring at the Stoneybatter Festival in June 2026 and regularly appearing at open mic nights around the city. In 2025, he organised, curated and performed at ‘Ceol don Phalastín’, a fundraising concert in aid of Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP).

Inspired by artists like Townes Van Zandt, Bob Dylan and Blaze Foley, LeatherTramp weaves their influence through his own experiences, creating a soft folk ballad style of songwriting and performing.

A planned release of his original song ‘Oh, Anastasia’ is set for late 2026.

This show at Doyle’s Corner will be the debut of his new band, The Dirtbags!
