CCLG Radiotherapy Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of the CCLG Radiotherapy Group will take place on 18-19 September 2025, at The Midland Hotel, 16 Peter Street, Manchester. 

This year, we invite abstract submissions on topics related to paediatric radiotherapy. Accepted abstracts will be given a slot for a mini-oral presentation during the meeting, providing authors the opportunity to present their work to a national audience. Please see below for more details.

There will be a meeting dinner at Comptoir Libanais in Manchester on the Thursday evening. If you wish to attend, please add a dinner ticket to your booking in the next step.

Call for Abstracts

We are pleased to invite abstract submissions for the upcoming CCLG Radiotherapy Group Meeting, taking place in Manchester this September. This is a valuable opportunity to share your work with colleagues across the UK, and contribute to the advancement of paediatric radiotherapy practice.

Abstract submissions open: Tuesday 17th June
Deadline for submission: 11th of August 2025 at 23:59 GMT

All submissions are to be emailed to membership@cclg.org.uk who will acknowledge receipt of your application. 

Please submit in Microsoft Word document format, the word count limit should be no more than 400 words, and the figures and/or table limit is 2. 

We particularly welcome abstracts that showcase innovative clinical practice, service developments, research, or collaborative initiatives in radiotherapy.
