IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

• No concessions, passes or promotions are valid for the Santa Specials.

• All guests included within the same booking transaction will be seated together.

• Please ensure you have selected the correct date, time and total number of visitors when booking, as tickets are non-transferable.

• On the day of your experience, you will need to bring your order confirmation, either printed or displayed on a mobile device, as proof of booking.

• Gifts are provided for children only. During the booking process, you will be asked to select the age category of each child to ensure an age-appropriate gift is prepared. If your child is towards the upper end of an age category, we recommend selecting the next category up.

• Only assistance dogs are permitted at the event.

• We regret that there is no wheelchair access to the Santa Special Experience. Where possible, staff will assist guests who are able to transfer to and from the train.

• Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the event or service is cancelled by Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway.
