Our SEND Santa Specials have been thoughtfully designed to provide the same unforgettable festive experience, while creating a more relaxed atmosphere for children and families who may benefit from additional support.

With reduced capacity, lower sound levels and a gentler pace throughout, families can enjoy the magic of Christmas in an environment where everyone feels welcome, comfortable and able to enjoy every special moment.

Step aboard the magical Jingle Belle and embark on a festive adventure filled with Christmas cheer, enchanting surprises and magical memories. Along the way, little ones will discover festive activities, meet some very special characters and enjoy all the wonder of the season at their own pace.

At the heart of the experience awaits a truly special one-to-one meeting with Santa himself. Guided by his friendly elves, each family will enjoy a personal visit in a beautifully themed grotto, where Christmas wishes come to life and every child receives a carefully selected gift to take home.

Advance booking is essential, with limited places available on each departure.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

• No concessions, passes or promotions are valid for the Santa Specials
• All those in one transaction will be seated together.
• Please ensure you have the correct date, time and total number of visitors when booking, as tickets are not transferrable.
• On the day of your experience, you will need to bring your order confirmation either printed or shown on a device as proof of your booking.
• Gifts are only given to children – when booking you will be asked for the age group of the child(ren) so that an age appropriate gift is given. If your child’s age is towards the end of a category, we advise moving up to the next age category.
• Only assistance dogs are permitted to the event.
• We regret there is no wheelchair access on the Santa Special Experience. If the wheelchair user can transfer, staff will assist with boarding and alighting the train.
• Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the event/service is cancelled by CCLR.
