The Cedar Park Youth Leadership Academy is a dynamic nine-month leadership program designed for LISD high school juniors and seniors. A partnership between the Cedar Park Chamber Foundation and Leander ISD, the academy offers students hands-on opportunities to explore local government, healthcare, nonprofit work, and economic development while building critical leadership and civic engagement skills. Modeled after the Chamber’s successful Leadership Cedar Park program, the youth version mirrors its structure—featuring site visits, interactive sessions, and a focus on real-world leadership development—ensuring tomorrow’s leaders get an early start today.
