The Nature Within: A Movement Journey is a curated, multi-sensory experience designed to awaken your innate power and reconnect you to your physical, emotional, and energetic body.

Rooted in the rhythms of nature, this journey invites you to soften, release, and return to your true essence.

You will be guided through two intentional yoga experiences led by Skye and Alicia, each designed to open the body and deepen your connection within. As the day unfolds, you’ll be immersed in an ecstatic dance journey led by Noonnahs, where live DJ soundscapes and silent disco headphones create a deeply personal and inward-moving experience—allowing you to fully feel, express, and surrender to the music.

Surrounding these practices, you’ll have access to a collection of grounding and revitalizing offerings, including:
– Ice bath + sauna therapy
– Massage and bodywork
– Nourishing food & craft vendors
– A sacred fire ceremony to anchor and release
