Bill Anschell Plays The Beatles, solo piano

Bill Anschell, well known jazz musician and composer (over 70 film & television credits and growing), is quoted as saying that The Beatles were the first band to catch his attention, and that he literally taught himself piano by figuring out their music by ear. Now he’s able to take the knowledge and technique earned through a lifetime of jazz playing, and apply it to those same songs. His repertoire spans more than 100 Beatles compositions, from the well-known to the relatively obscure. He brings a fresh approach to each of them, taking them in new directions he hopes John, Paul, George and Ringo would enjoy.
