Loving Workplace Gathering - Winchester
The Center for a Loving Workplace is a global non-profit organisation on a mission to transform the world of work.
Our founders Renee Smith and Lili Boyanova Hugh invite you to an uplifting morning in historic Winchester.
Join our community of leaders and change makers as we gather to grapple with important questions of identity, purpose, impact and how to transform workplaces into spaces of connection, inclusion and delight.
In this event, we welcome a special guest and member of the Center, The Change Man - Simon Phillips. A lifetime of ups and downs has taught Simon how to navigate change and inspire others to do the same. He's on a mission to develop one million Change Makers. He'll inspire us to become the heroes of our own lives and make a positive impact at work and beyond.
Come discover your higher calling to spread more love in the world. Depart with seeds of hope and change planted in your heart, and clear set of steps to support you on taking the road less travelled.
About the organisers:
At the Center for a Loving Workplace, we bring together a diverse community to nurture human connections and collaborative innovation so that we can create new thinking and practices to make workplaces more loving. When workplaces center love as a core value and practice, work is better, people are thriving, communities flourish, the world becomes a better place.

Renée Smith
Renée is the Cofounder of the Center for a Loving Workplace and the CEO of A Human Workplace. Renée is a writer, speaker, researcher, teacher, and leader of the movement to make work more loving and human. She meets with leaders around the world who are ready to decrease fear and increase love in their workplaces.

Lili Boyanova Hugh
Lili is the Cofounder and Executive Director at the Center for a Loving Workplace. Lili is a Leadership and Workplace Culture coach who works with communities looking to create cultures of care, compassion and commitment. She has spent 13 years leading corporate change management projects in IT and Finance until burnout and an identity crisis. Today, she guides teams and communities to amplify their impact, helping them co-create more loving work environments, by bringing authenticity, inclusion and purpose at work.

Simon Phillips
Simon is a conference speaker, facilitator, podcaster and award-winning writer who has spoken at venues across the globe. His style is relaxed and engaging; he is just as much at home facilitating a company conference as he is on stage in front of a few thousand people. Simon was educated at the University of St Andrews, trained at Accenture and moulded in the mangled wreckage of his car.
