Carry the Mantle @ Legacy Dream Space
Multiple dates and times
Modus Locus Expansion, 55414
Description
"Carry the Mantle" explores how personal experiences and cultural stories shape our fight for a better world. This multimedia theatrical presentation combines music, visuals, and memories of Bethlehem with the struggles of life under occupation merging two narratives:
- the prophet Elijah, a champion for justice who appears throughout history, and;
- the challenges and resilience of individuals and communities facing hardship.
"Carry the Mantle" asks how we can find purpose and hope even in difficult times.
Join us early for light refreshments before the start of the formal program. Following the presentation a facilitated community conversation will take us beyond the show and center our collective hearts on positive action moving forward.
