A Summer Solstice Sound & Ceremony Gathering

Join us as we gather at the height of the Sun’s journey to honor the Summer Solstice—the longest day of the year and a sacred threshold of light, abundance, remembrance, and becoming.

Together we will step into ceremony and weave an evening of sound, prayer, intention, and community as we honor what has come into bloom and what is still waiting to emerge.

Our evening may include:

🌸 Optional Outdoor Flower Mandala (weather permitting)
A collective offering of flowers, herbs, crystals, feathers, and prayers created together beneath the sky.

🌿 Optional Sacred Tobacco (Hapé) Ceremony (for those who feel called)
Offered within a reverent ceremonial container as a practice of grounding, clearing, prayer, and intention. Participation is entirely optional and guests may fully participate in the gathering without receiving.

🌿 Herbal Blessings & Anointing
🌻 Seed Blessing Ceremony ( where we write our wishes on seed paper to be buried, grown and offered to Pachamama)
💌 Letters to Your Winter Self to be mailed in December before the winter solstice)

🌀 Gentle Movement & Embodiment (breathwork/ breath of fire)
🎶 Vocal Toning & Community Resonance
🎵 Immersive Summer Solstice Sound Journey

At the close of our evening, we will lovingly take apart our indoor flower mandala and carry it outside together, crossing the street as a community offering—bringing our prayers, light, and love into the heart of the South Side of Syracuse and returning our blessings to Pachamama.

May our flowers become prayers.
May our light become medicine.
May what we plant this Solstice bloom in perfect timing. ☀️🌻✨

Important Arrival Instructions

Please plan to arrive by 5:45 PM. The main building doors at Delavan Studios lock after business hours and on weekends for building security.
We will be at the entrance to welcome guests at 5:45PM, but we are not able to reopen the doors for late arrivals. Arriving on time allows everyone a few moments to settle in, transition from the outside world, and helps us maintain the integrity of the experience for the entire group.

Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
Thank you for honoring the space and timing of this shared experience.  Please allow extra travel time for weather or construction.
