September 2026 Business After Hours - PAREI

Business After Hours heads to Plymouth Area Renewable Energy Initiative (PAREI) this September for local connections, conversation, and a look at sustainability in action.

On Tuesday, September 15, from 5–7 p.m., PAREI will welcome CNHCC members, local businesses, organizations, and community partners to 14 Fairgrounds Road in Plymouth. Members and non-members are invited, so bring a colleague, make a new connection, and spend some time with people from across Central New Hampshire.

Guests will enjoy light appetizers, a complimentary non-alcoholic drink station,  a community activity, host remarks, Chamber news, and a door prize drawing.

PAREI’s mission is to build resilient communities in Central New Hampshire by increasing access to sustainable local energy and local food, supporting economic stability, a cleaner environment, and healthier living.

Since 2004, PAREI has connected farmers, businesses, community members, and neighbors through programs focused on renewable energy, local food, and sustainable living. Its work includes Button Up workshops with NHSaves, Local Foods Plymouth, and the NH Solar Shares program, which helps provide electric bill credits to income-qualified families through community solar arrays.

PAREI’s work also spans solar and heat pump installations, energy audits, solar sheep grazing, energy education, and healthy living initiatives. At the heart of it all is a commitment to creating thriving, sustainable communities where more people have access to clean energy, healthy local food, and practical tools for living efficiently and independently.
