This 45 minute session will introduce the Elevate Programme, beginning in January 2027. 

Elevate goes beyond technical skills. It aims to equip you with the strategic insight, leadership mindset, and a peer support network needed to thrive in scrutiny, one of the most vital yet often solitary roles in local government.

In this session we will highlight:

- Scheduling and format of the sessions

- Our expectations from you, inside and out of the sessions
